what kind of regular art mediums can i use over a photography? watercolor, oils, etc?
i want to work on my photographies (rc paper) with regular (no photographyc oil or pencils) art mediums. Can i? which is the best?, is better if i print the photos on FB paper for this?
If you prime your matte RC paper then you can use Oil paints fairly well. However, it is probably best to stay with fiber paper if you plan to paint your photos. FB paper is much more archival than RC paper.

I have seen the above used successfully on photographs. Water colors seem to be the best because they allow the image to be seen through the color. Oils and Acrylic tend cover the photograph.
(Water colors are completely unsuitable for RC paper.)
