Diamond glaze and pendant issues… can someone please help me?

I am trying to make pendant necklaces for my children. So why does my diamond glaze concave in the center of my tile pendants (jewelry- both my glass and scrabble tiles)? Can I fix ones this happened too already and how do I keep this from happening again? 8 pieces have done this now, 4 scrabble and 4 glass… so I know it is not my base piece.
Have already done some with up to 4 coats to try to fill this concave. is it the brand? Maybe I should try a different glaze? trying to avoid resin

I don’t think its possible for it not to concave in the center because it sticks to the sides. I think its supposed to. You could try doing another layer after it dries, but it might be foggy.
