Use a damp washcloth to regularly remove dirt and dust from the dog’s coat, as regularly giving it a bath is not really necessary.
A fenced yard is the best place to keep a welsh terrier as they have such high levels of energy. There is enough space here for the dog to play catch. If you can manage to take the dog for regular exercise, then perhaps you might do away with the fenced yard.
