how do i restore a dell computer to factory status?
I bought it from and estate sale and it still has other peoples stuff on it, how can i get there stuff off and start using it?
If they gave you the start up disks with it than you can use them to to restore the computer back to the day it came out of the factory. If you don’t have the disks than you can order them from the manufacturer, my little brothers ordered them from Toshiba for $50.
