family guy “Brian, Portrait of a Dog”?
In the episode of Family Guy where peter and brian get in a fight after the dog show. What does it mean when brian says “Ok, I’ll be on the veranda since your already on the cross.” he says it after Peter says something kind of sarcasticly. Brian says it in kind of an insulting way, if you see it you’ll know what i mean.
“…you’re already on the cross” means Brian feels Peter is acting the martyr, i.e. a Jesus reference.
