I’m an international student in USA, and I want to bring my Chinese girl friend to USA for short time such about a month or two.
I’m not chinese, and I’m not American. what is the easiest way to let her enter the states?
I’m financially able to spend all money she want to travel ..

There is nothing you can do for her. She must apply for a B-2 tourist visa at the nearest American embassy or consulate.
