How do I put a 72×48 photo print on canvas?
If not canvas what would be the best surface to put it on so I can hang on the wall. What terminology or questions should I ask framing companies? I appreciate any feedback on what would make this look the best for a decent price. Also, if anyone has a rough price estimate that would be great.
Your cheapest option would be foam core. Foam core is used to mount art of all mediums and is available in acid free and conservation grade. At that size the most expensive part is likely to be the frame. There are no ready made frames available in that size. You will more than likely need to have it custom framed. You can look at yard sales and the like for large old framed mirrors. You might get lucky and find one that will be the right size. See the link below for foam core prices.
