How do you change digital photo pixel size?

I need to decrease the pixel size of a digital photo. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks

Download the free and simple Infraview photo editor at the link. Then open your pic with it and go to ‘image’, ‘resize/resample’ and pick the picture size you want. You can also adjust the file size as you save it after resizing to suit your purpose.
I use 800 x 600 for pc viewing. A good file size for email is 800 x 600 = 48 kb, as a pc cannot use any more pixels than that for that picture size.
